- 08:30Blood and urine tests will be conducted on an empty stomach (please refrain from eating or drinking after 6:00 AM on the day of the blood draw).
- 09:00A full-body health check includes a chest X-ray, cardiovascular screening, and other comprehensive health check services, which takes about 1 hour.
- 10:00One-on-one doctor consultation: A dedicated physician explains the preliminary examination results and provides health advice and follow-up plans.
