You acknowledge and agree that the purchased services are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service, impose restrictions, or revise terms without prior notice.

2.2 You may be required to pay fees to Suppliers for using Taiwan MedTour Services and must comply with their service terms. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for these fees.

2.3 While we strive to maintain the Services and the Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You agree that we may deny access to the Platform, or change, suspend, interrupt, or terminate Services at our discretion.

3. Platform Content

3.1 “Platform Content” refers to all materials presented or used on the Taiwan MedTour Platform, including but not limited to text, photos, graphics, videos, illustrations, sounds, data, and code. You acknowledge that all Platform Content is the exclusive property of Taiwan MedTour or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Taiwan MedTour may modify or remove any Platform Content at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform.
