Eligibility: This health screening package is available exclusively to non-Taiwanese citizens traveling to Taiwan. Travelers holding a Taiwan Resident Certificate are not eligible for this package. When booking your health screening, please provide your national identification number or ID document number for registration. On the day of your health checkup, please present the corresponding national ID document for check-in.
Health Screening Package Details: All health screening services and examination items are subject to the actual arrangements and services provided by the hospital on the day of the checkup. The hospital reserves the right of final interpretation and adjustment of the package content.
Booking Requirement: Please complete your reservation at least 20 days before your scheduled health checkup. Your booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the service provider.
Passport Verification: To complete your health screening reservation, international travelers are required to provide a copy of their passport in advance for verification.
