• To complete your booking, foreign travelers must provide a copy of their passport for verification before departure. After placing your order, a specialist will contact you to confirm relevant information. Please submit your information via email or LINE as instructed. Failure to provide the required information within the deadline may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your booking.
• Health Checkup Invitation Letter: This letter includes the health checkup date and the hospital. A formal invitation letter will be issued by the hospital to facilitate visa processing and travel confirmation for overseas travelers, ensuring the legality, safety, and peace of mind of the health checkup process. (The invitation letter will be sent after group confirmation).

• MRI examinations utilize a strong magnetic field that has a very strong attraction to ferromagnetic objects. Therefore, anyone entering the examination room must remove all metal objects (including hairpins, watches, copper coins, magnetic cards, etc.).
• To prevent metal from being pulled and moved by the magnetic field, MRI examinations are not recommended for people who have metal objects in their bodies, such as metal clips for brain aneurysms, pacemakers, artificial electronic ears, respiratory assist devices, heart valve replacement surgery, traction devices, etc.
• During the examination, you will lie in a semi-enclosed space similar to a tunnel. If you have claustrophobia (feeling uncomfortable in small spaces), please inform the screening personnel so that they can conduct an assessment first.
• CT scans use X-rays to produce images, so they are not recommended for pregnant women.
• Some examinations require the injection of contrast agent. Therefore, patients who need to undergo the injection must confirm that their renal function is normal and fast before the examination. All medications currently taken, except for hypoglycemic medications, can continue to be taken. If you are currently taking metformin (diaformin) as a hypoglycemic medication, you should stop taking it for at least 2 days to prevent acidosis caused by the inability to excrete metformin normally if the contrast agent causes renal impairment.

• Before departure, a professional health management specialist from the E指通 platform will contact you via the contact information you provided to provide pre-health-check instructions and explain relevant matters to note. Please watch for subsequent messages to ensure that you can complete all necessary preparations before your visit.
• Please sign the hospital’s Consent Form for the Transfer of Personal Information on the day of your health check-up. If you do not sign the consent form, the E指通 platform’s professional health management specialist will not be able to provide subsequent follow-up services, and you will be deemed to have waived the relevant benefits.
