- This program is available to non-Taiwanese travelers (those holding a Taiwan Residence Permit are not eligible). Please provide your nationality ID number for registration and report to the hospital on the day of the exam.
- All program details are subject to on-site circumstances and are subject to final interpretation by the hospital.
- Registration Instructions: Please complete registration 20 days prior to the exam date. Confirmation from the hospital will be considered a successful registration.
- To complete your reservation, foreign travelers must provide a copy of their passport for verification before departure. After placing your order, a specialist will contact you to confirm your information. Please submit your details via email or LINE as instructed. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation.
- Invitation Letter: The hospital will issue an official invitation letter indicating the health check-up date and hospital name, facilitating visa application and ensuring a safe and reliable check-up process for international travelers. The invitation letters will be issued collectively after the tour group is confirmed.

- Low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) lung screening uses X-rays and is not recommended for pregnant women.
- The minimum tour size is 4 people. If the minimum number of participants is less than the stated minimum, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notification will be sent via email 7 days before departure.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure. To avoid delays for later passengers, latecomers will not be accommodated.
- This schedule is for reference only; the actual schedule may vary slightly depending on weather and traffic conditions.
- For participants aged 3 to 18, the fee does not include health checks; only the tour itself is included. Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can enjoy the tour for free. Please indicate this in the reservation notes.
- A pre-trip notification and guide information will be sent to the email address you provided during booking one day before departure. Please confirm receipt (the guide will not contact you in advance).
- The itinerary may be adjusted based on local circumstances. We are not responsible for refunds due to security checks or temporary closures of tourist attractions.
